Kendall King is an anointed soloist, director, composer, arranger, and pianist. She comes from a long line of pastors, teachers, and musicians that have tremendously influenced her ministry.

Kendall has recorded and arranged background vocals for numerous artists, e.g., Carmen Calhoun, Aaron Banks, Tyrone Powell. She is a featured vocalist soloist on the project, "Confession;" with Phillip Carter and the Sounds of Victory; and recorded her original composition, "Be Still," on their latest project "The Journey Continues.” She also composed and sang an original song “We Bless Your Name” for HawKings Productions on their current project, “High and Lifted Up.” She has performed with such artists as LaShon Pace, John P. Kee, Beverly Crawford, and the late O'Landa Draper; and has appeared at the Kennedy Center , the MCI Center , Showplace Arena, and the renowned Cotton Club.

As a musician and choir director, Kendall is currently ministering at three churches in the Washington metropolitan area. She also conducts music workshops and serves as music director for special events.

Kendall currently released her debut solo project, “For a Reason.” This CD highlights Kendall as producer, composer and arranger of all the music and features some of the top musicians in the country. She has a smooth sound and a fresh style. Her music has influxes of traditional gospel, contemporary jazz, and r&b.

A gifted and talented person, Kendall is also a full-time graphic designer and produced all of her CD artwork, promotional materials, and web site.

Kendall is committed to God and to her music. She believes that music and art is God's gift to His people, and that they communicate what the soul cannot express. Psalm 34:1, "I will bless the Lord at all times, His praise shall continually be in my mouth."
